Ozzy Osbourne Documentary on the Way
Wreckage Of My Past, The Story of Ozzy Osbourne is a new documentary spotlighting Ozzy Osbourne. The documentary is produced by Ozzy’s son Jack. The documentary claims to offer unprecedented access to the Rock God. The movie is scheduled to be released in 2010.
Variety.com has an article looking at the documentary. The movie claims to show a side of Ozzy unseen to the public. After being pimped out for everything from video games to variety shows, the movie looks to be attempting to restore Ozzy’s legacy and reputation as a musical pioneer. Producers claim this will be anything but a fluff piece, and will offer a no holds barred look at the life of Ozzy Osbourne.
Finally someone in that family has a clue. It is really a shame what has happened to Ozzy since the Osbournes show. Most people in America know Ozzy as a clown who can’t operate a remote control. Beyond the character portrayed on the television show is a man who has arguably inspired more music than The Beatles.
“I want people to see John Osbourne as the guy I grew up with, the tormented, complex musician whose personal demons manifest themselves in so many crazy, unique ways,” Jack Osbourne said. “He’s agreed to it but is putting up his guard, massively afraid of putting his true self out there on display for people to see.” Visit the Wreckage Of My Past website at WreckageOfMyPast.com.
