Check out this video of Percy Harvin’s 88 yard kickoff return against the Pittsburgh Steelers for a Minnesota Viknigs touchdown. More importantly, check out the block by fullback Jeff Dugan on referee Rich Reels. Reels is nailed on the block by Dugan and was laid out for a few minutes on the field.

I don’t know who you blame here? Did Dugan really need to nail Reels with a block or should the ref have been more aware of where he was on the field? Either way, this is a tremendous video and in the end everyone was okay.

No penalties were given for the hit, which means one of two things. Either the hit was perfectly legal or Rich Reels isn’t very popular with his fellow officials.
